Some of these reviews make me laugh. Pool never opened? It's been raining almost everyday this summer. I've owned a pool so I can tell you it's not just throw chlorine in and swim especially when it's raining all the time. Rain jacks up levels. Not to mention it was clearly stated when I moved in last year that the pool is closed on Mondays. I know my family has gotten alot of swim time despite all the rain. I've never had any issues with maintenance staff. I've only needed them during the season when you don't need ac though. Always responded within a day or two of request. I'm sure with weather they get ac calls by the dozen. If nothing else they need to hire more maintenance people in the summer. My biggest complaint is on the residents who live here who let their teenage children destroy property. Watched one teenager break a little girls scooter and not care. Destroying others property and cars.
